The <a href=http://blo.gs/cloud.php>blo.gs/cloud.php</a> interface has been down for days, so <a href=http://www.stevex.org/longtail>The Long Tail</a> site hasn't been getting any data.<p> The <a href=http://www.weblogs.com/changes.xml>http://www.weblogs.com/changes.xml</a> page has been 403 Forbidden about half the time I've tried to pull it, and (worse) doesn't give me the xml of the changed RSS, just the link to the site.
