- Podcasting = Broadcasting?<P><A href="http://www.bloggercon.org/2004/10/17#a1605">Adam Curry's take</A> on <A href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Podcasting">Podcasting</A> is that as far as licensing goes, it works the same as broadcasting, which means you get a broadcast license and you're free to use anything you like. I expect the recording industry will have something to say about this.</P>
