Release Notes used to be a normal part of a new software release.&nbsp; Users could see what's new, what's changed.&nbsp; <br><br>MSN Messenger has a "What's New" button on the dialog that tells you there's a new version, and long ago, they used to actually tell you what's new.<br><br>Over the last few updates the information has been becoming less useful, with just notes like "Security updates" and "New features".&nbsp; <br><br>Now pressing that button just takes you to the download page.&nbsp; You want to know what's new?&nbsp; Download it and figure it out yourself.<br><br>Too bad..
