<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><item><title>Media Center 2005</title><description>I'm installing &lt;A href="http://www.google.com/url?sa=U&amp;amp;start=1&amp;amp;q=http%3A//www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/mediacenter/default.mspx&amp;amp;ei=iPieQoPPEJnyiQGNoejOBA"&gt;Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005&lt;/A&gt; on a spare PC, mostly to see if it will work... the PC has an ATI card that supports HDTV resolutions, and I have the ATI &lt;A href="http://www.svideo.com/hdtvaiwr8500.html"&gt;DVI to Component adapter&lt;/A&gt;, and it'll be great if it "just works". &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;But during the install of XP MCE, it prompted me to "Insert the CD labelled 'Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2'".&amp;nbsp; I don't have a CD with that label.&amp;nbsp; Hmm.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Turns out according to &lt;A href="http://www.thechannelinsider.com/article2/0,1759,1743261,00.asp"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt; that it's really asking you to insert CD 1 again.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;How does this stuff make it past QA?&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;</description><pubDate>Thu, 01 Sep 2005 19:17:09 GMT</pubDate></item>
